I currently provide virtual individual therapy services for adults 18+, with the following areas of focus:

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP):

This is the gold standard for treating anxiety-spectrum disorders such as generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, and panic disorder. This treatment has made a dramatic difference in the quality and fulfillment of my clients’ lives.
Exploring and working through trauma:

I am trained in evidence-based treatments including Prolonged Exposure and Written Exposure Treatment. I would be happy to discuss these options with you individually to see if either approach would be a good fit.

In my previous role I served as the Director of DBT Training and Supervision for a group practice. I have also provided clinical supervision for students, advanced CBT fellows, as well as staff therapists. I currently provide individual and small group consultation services, rates available upon request.

I am passionate about educating clinicians on the theory and application of various evidence-based practices. I am a lecturer at Northwestern University, teaching the Introduction to DBT course for graduate students in clinical psychology. I have also led trainings on Generalized Anxiety and OCD, Mindful Self-Compassion, as well as Introductory and Advanced DBT seminars.
